Job description
To deliver support on a variety of administrative tasks for the business, to provide IT Procurement and support via our suppliers, manage insurances for the business and be responsible for company items such as cars, phones, as well as other office related activities.
This is a part time role, working three days 9-5, with 2 days in the office and one working from home.
Full Time salary is £29,000 - £34,000 DOE , candidates will be measured on criteria to determine the salary that is offered.

Job requirements
Sphere of responsibility:
Coach team and other onsite staff to build capability in cyber training
Purchase sustainably for office supplies, canteen.
Control waste streams and get certified paperwork for destruction of waste, IT, electrical equipment.
Take part and encourage in wellbeing initiatives.
Attend and contribute to required meetings (banking, Sphera, Utilities, various contracts such as cleaning, IT, phones etc
Responsible for business insurances, achieving value for money with appropriate cover
Deliver A Player line management to administrative team
Education/Experience:
Proven experience in Administration/Office Management/Management of team
Skills: Excel, some IT knowledge preferred, Handling multiple issues, problem solving skills,
Clear written/verbal communication; able to influence across functions.
Desirable
Compliance awareness: IT knowledge
