We are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide product information and assistance
• Process orders and returns efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of the products or services offered by Zeelandia Ltd
